At the heart of the Weber® Genesis II sits a Gourmet BBQ System™ Cooking Grate with 3 gas burners. Fitted with their most powerful gas grill engine to date so you don’t have to compromise on how many people you’d like to feed. The gas burners have a unique tapered shape to combat gas purging, ensuring even heat distribution. Therefore, your food will grill perfectly wherever it is on the cooking surface. The Spirit® II E310 includes two stainless steel side tables, one of which has integrated tool hooks, which enable a range of food to be cooked with ease.

Underneath the cooking grates, the classic Weber® Flavorizer™ bars are purposely shaped to catch dripping fats that smoke to create that characteristic barbecue flavour. Cooking juices not fully vaporised by the Flavorizer™ bars are channelled away from the burners into a catch pan for simple cleaning. Ergonomic stainless steel double-hinged lid has been engineered so that it is more convenient to open and shut. A gas bottle can be located at the side of the grill making it easier to access. It also creates a generous space behind the stainless steel doors underneath the grill for all your barbequing essentials. Equipped for use with all Gourmet BBQ System™ accessories that greatly expand the grilling, roasting or baking capabilities of the barbecue. Fully compatible with iGrill™3 thermometers.
