At the heart of the Weber® Q2000 sits porcelain enamelled cast iron cooking grates, selected for their heat retention properties. A single Q-shaped stainless steel burner and a secondary stainless steel tube burner maximise heat output to the grilling area. The single infinite control burner valve regulates the gas flow into the burners so grilling temperatures can be swiftly varied.

Below the frame, the removable, and disposable, drip tray which collects surplus fats and cooking juices that have not been vaporised as part of the grilling process. Both sides feature a fold-away side table, ideal for food preparation or standing utensils on when the grill is in use. Use with the stand at home or without the stand when you are on the go, whichever suits your needs as a simple to use locking mechanism allows the Q2000 and base to be easily separated and re-attached for real versatility. Clean or change grease trays regularly. This will further prevent the risk of fire from grease build up.

Burn off grates at a high heat, brush down and, if necessary, use a Weber grate cleaner.

Only clean enamel and outer barbecue parts with a special barbecue cleaner.

Only clean cast iron by hand.
