Underneath the cooking grates, the classic Weber® Flavorizer™ bars are purposely shaped to catch dripping fats that smoke to create that characteristic barbecue flavour. Cooking juices not fully vaporised by the Flavorizer™ bars are channelled away from the burners into a catch pan for simple cleaning. Ergonomic stainless steel double-hinged lid has been engineered so that it is more convenient to open and shut. A gas bottle can be located at the side of the grill making it easier to access. It also creates a generous space behind the stainless steel doors underneath the grill for all your barbequing essentials. Equipped for use with all Gourmet BBQ System™ accessories that greatly expand the grilling, roasting or baking capabilities of the barbecue. Fully compatible with iGrill™3 thermometers.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean or change grease trays regularly. This will further prevent the risk of fire from grease build up.
- Burn off grates at a high heat, brush down and, if necessary, use a Weber grate cleaner.
- Only clean enamel and outer barbecue parts with a special barbecue cleaner.
- Only clean cast iron by hand.
