At the heart of the Weber® Genesis II sits a Gourmet BBQ System™ Cooking Grate with 3 gas burners and additional tuck away warming rack. Fitted with their most powerful gas grill engine to date so you don’t have to compromise on how many people you’d like to feed. The gas burners have a unique tapered shape to combat gas purging, ensuring even heat distribution. Therefore, your food will grill perfectly wherever it is on the cooking surface. The Genesis® II includes a Side Burner set into one of its two stainless steel side tables, one of which has integrated tool hooks, which will enable a range of food to be cooked with ease.
Underneath the cooking grates, purposely shaped Weber® Flavorizer™ bars catch dripping fats that smoke to create the characteristic barbecue flavour. Cooking juices not fully vaporised by the Flavorizer™ bars are channelled away from the burners into the catch pan for simple cleaning. Ergonomic stainless steel double-hinged lid has been engineered so that it is more convenient to open and shut. A gas bottle can be located at the side of the grill making it easier to access. It also creates a generous space underneath the grill for open storage. Equipped for use with all Gourmet BBQ System™ accessories that greatly expand the grilling, roasting or baking capabilities of the barbecue. Fully compatible with iGrill™3 thermometers.

Clean or change grease trays regularly. This will further prevent the risk of fire from grease build up.
Burn off grates at a high heat, brush down and, if necessary, use a Weber grate cleaner.
Only clean enamel and outer barbecue parts with a special barbecue cleaner.
Only clean cast iron by hand.
