The High-Efficiency Particulate Arrestance (HEPA) filter removes fine ash particles from the air, helping to prolong the motors life. With a new quality filter the Vac will not lose power when you clean up the ash, it can make the cleaning job easier and making sure it operates with maximum efficiency. The filter can be washed and reused. It is essential that you periodically replace the Ash Vacuum HEPA filter, although you can clean it, it will eventually start to deteriorate which can lead to blockages in the filtration system.
