Tango is a stainless steel barbecue, featuring a large roasting hood and a storage cabinet. Its stainless steel hood has an inner layer for improved heat retention an a heat indicator to monitor the temperature. Porcelain enamelled cast iron cooking grills cover the full cooking area. These heavy duty grills are non-stick, easy to clean and resilient to corrosion. A stainless steel warming rack provides additional cooking space. Each side shelf has tool hooks to cleanly hang tools while cooking. The side burner shelf provides a useful hob such for preparing pasta and doubles as a second side shelf when not in use.
Its stainless steel burners feature integra-spark ignition, which automatically lights the burner while turning on the control knob. The large knobs provide easy control over the flame intensity. Above each burner sits a porcelain enamelled flame tamer. These distribute the heat for even cooking and vaporises the food juice drippings produced during cooking to impart that unique smoky barbecue flavour. Excess grease collects below in a grease cup for easy clean-up. No need for sand or foil in the drip tray. 4 casters provide easy manoeuvrability after use and lock to secure the barbecue in place.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Clean or change grease trays regularly. This will further prevent the risk of fire from grease build up.
Burn off grates at a high heat, brush down and, if necessary, use a grate cleaner.
Only clean enamel and outer barbecue parts with a special barbecue cleaner.
Only clean cast iron by hand.
